About Us

Heather FolauHeather Folau
president
Heather Folau relocated to Charm City from Washington State after the marriage to her college sweetheart in 1998. Heather's husband, pro football player Spencer Folau, was playing for the Baltimore Ravens at the time. While marriage to a professional football player had its perks - like watching your husband win the 2000 Super Bowl with his team - it also had its drawbacks. Spencer's career required numerous moves for this busy family of four. When Spencer left the Baltimore Ravens to play for the Miami Dolphins and the New Orleans Saints, Heather left a successful event planning and fundraising career with The Children’s House at Johns Hopkins.

Heather quickly found herself managing a growing family, multiple moves per year, various NFL Wives charity events, a grueling schedule, and two homes at a time before Spencer retired from the NFL. His retirement allowed the family to settle back in the Baltimore area for good. The family's seamless transition from city to city prompted several professional athletes' wives to call upon Heather for her secrets to success. Her success in moving her family several times in a short period in time was due to her outstanding organizational skills; the skills that she perfected over her years of relocating on short notice. These skills were put to the test when she evacuated from her New Orleans’ home during Hurricane Katrina.

Heather enjoys the process of decorating and organizing. Heather readily volunteered to assist her friends when they were in need of decorating or organizing their home and relocating their family. She is appreciated for her decorating and has an eye for color and design. Heather also utilizes her background in event planning to help her friends plan large, elaborate parties and small intimate gatherings. In 2008, after designing, decorating, event planning, and organizing for her many friends, Heather decided to make a career out of what she loves to do. She is thrilled to be at the helm of h2o and is ready to help her clients get back to the "simplicity of life."

vice president
Heather Bates Donatelli grew up in the suburbs of Washington D.C. where she learned the art of keeping a beautiful, organized home from her mother and the ins and outs of customer service by helping with her father’s small business endeavors.  Her mother cultivated and instilled the belief that having a beautifully decorated and organized home was an outward sign of love and devotion to her family. Heather inherited her mother’s eye for quality craftsmanship, color and design.

Heather’s friends and neighbors often commented about her ability to keep a beautiful and organized home while working full-time and raising two small children. After receiving multiple requests for help, Heather decided to teach and assist other busy individuals to bring back order and peace into their lives. Heather enjoys transforming cluttered basements, playrooms, and garages into livable spaces based upon individual needs. Improving people’s lives by simplifying and adding quality back into their personal and family time is one of Heather’s unique gifts.
